Restoring Older Versions of Your iOs Devices Backup
Restoring backups of your iPhone takes just a few clicks, but iTunes often only shows your most recent backup as an option to restore from. If you ever want to restore your Older backups then you’ll need the assistance of Time Machine. My personal experience - Launch finder in the Mountain Lion OS. Hold down the option key on your keyboard and choose " Go " from the drop down options at the top within finder. Choose the library from the drop down options. Then drill down to application support - mobile sync - backup. Backup is the folder you want to restore from time machine. Therefore, with the backup folder open on your screen, choose time machine from the desktop bar on the top right of your operating systems screen.
